Delivery:
We know you will look forward to receiving your order from ByMonty as soon as possible, so if we have it in stock, then we will send it out within two working days, and sooner if we can.
At checkout you will be given a choice of delivery methods: ie. Standard Royal Mail (First Class), or Recorded Delivery for UK Customers, and Royal Mail Airmail or International Signed For, for Overseas Customers.
We strongly recommend that you choose Recorded Delivery/International Signed For, as once goods leave our premises we cannot take responsibility for their safe arrival with you. If goods sent to you by Standard Royal Mail/Airmail do not arrive we can only provide proof of posting and attempt to seek compensation from Royal Mail after 60 days have elapsed.
If you want to take advantage of our free delivery offer, then spend more than £50 and delivery will take three working days. This offer of free delivery is for UK delivery only.
If you are an overseas customer then we would love to supply you. Delivery rates are worked out on weight. We are happy to deliver to Europe and Worldwide.
Returns:
Naturally, we hope you're delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we will refund your money. No quibbles. Promise.*
Of course there are a couple of conditions to this. Namely, that the item(s) have not been worn and that they still have their original labels and tags on.
You also need to return the item(s) in the original packaging and within 14 days from the date of purchase.
We really need the returned item(s) to be in excellent condition, so please be aware that if they are not, a charge may be applied. Fair enough?
Want an alternative? No problem. Just send back the unwanted item in the original packaging with tags and labels intact and we will exchange it.
We reserve the right to charge postage on the exchanged item.
